All You Need is Cheese

Snow crunching under your boots. Savory smells sneaking out to tempt you. The sweet taste of liquid gold sipped from a glass made of freshly carved ice. The Niagara Icewine Festival will engage all of your senses in a celebration of all things Icewine.

And all things cuisine. One of the best cuisine options at the Niagara Icewine Festival is the cheese presentations.

During the three weekends of Icewine experiences; Deborah Levy from Dairy Farmers of Canada will present six unique Niagara wine and artisanal cheese seminars. Working closely with each winery; Deborah will present cheese selections that truly complement the various winemakers’ style and of course incredible Canadian Icewines.
